Sidamo Arabica Coffee
Grown at altitudes up to 2,200 meters. Renowned for its elegant, floral, and deeply complex citrus-toned washed profile.
The Soul of Southern Ethiopian Coffee
Ethiopian Sidamo coffee represents the pinnacle of complex, delicate Arabica. Sourced from the expansive highlands of the Sidama region, these coffees benefit from rich volcanic soils and shade-grown microclimates that slow cherry maturation, resulting in an incredibly dense bean packed with flavor precursors.
Greenland Business Group curates exceptional lots of Grade 1 and Grade 2 Sidamo coffees. Our strict quality control spans regional dry mills to our central testing labs in Addis Ababa, where certified Q-Graders analyze moisture, bean density, defect counts, and sensory cups before any cargo is authorized for export.
